October 2025 Update - Quarterly Assessment Due $212.75

Cooler weather has finally arrived. Your quarterly assessments are due. Please visit PMI's website to pay online or pay via email when your bill arrives. If you do not receive a bill please contact us as soon as possible so you are not charged a late fee.


The President, Vice President, and Treasure positions are open. Please consider volunteering and help YOUR community. The job is minimal with only one annual meeting required and two monthly invoices that need approval.


Invoices approved for the month:

Lake Doctors- Paid as per approved budget

Senterfitt Lawn Care- Paid as per approved budget

Northwest FL Light Electricity- Paid as per approved budget- For the month of August this bill was $640.00.

Insurance- Paid as per approved budget

Annual Budget Meeting is Scheduled for Dec 13, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the County Library. 898 West 11 St, Panama City, FL 32401


Lawn Care - You must take an active approach in keeping your lawn healthy and green. At a minimum please fertilize and administer pest repellent if you lawn shows signs of damage. If you are unsure how to care for your lawn, Brock Lawn and Pest has been in the neighborhood. https://brockpest.com/ This is not an endorsement please do your own research.


Scott Bonus S fertilizer works well. You must read directions and follow manufacture's recommended application. Talk to your neighbors that have good lawns and see what they do. Too much water or not enough water can be issues as well.
